3 days is way too little, you are better off using those 3 days for visiting Spain. If you are in Madrid, Barcelona is 2 and a half hours away via train, so you could use one of those days to visit Barcelona. Then you should probably visit Toledo or Salamanca using a Bus. You could go to other place...
