people knows adobo is the traditional food here in philippine.aside from that we had many traditional food and kakanin(sweets) our main dish that you might love those are kare-kare, pinakbit,lechon,kalderita,dried fish,salted fish,kinilaw,paksiw, and many more.and of course the balot,balot is a egg with a birdy inside the shell and its depend on how old the chick days.the bigger days the bigger birdy inside.

Balot?im full filipino.lumaki at nag.asawa at never pang nakarating other country but id never ever eat BALOT.people say its YUMMY but for me ,SCARY.scary dahil sa sisiw/birdy inside.
