Nice dishes in Taiwan

We are going to Taiwan for the first time by the end of October. For those who know, what are the dishes to eat other than noodles. I have sampled their fried rice that is different from the Chinese Yang Chow fried rice because the Taiwanese fried rice has green leafy vegetables that is crunchy. With the dish, all I can say is spicy pork ribs. Do you happen to know some other delicious Taiwanese dishes?
